Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at The Great Northampton Haunt’s Halloween Market!
Hosted by The Great Northampton Haunt, in collaboration with local partners, this exciting Halloween Market is one of the cornerstone events of our month-long celebration — The Great Northampton Haunt, running October 1st–November 2nd, 2025. This will be our 1st annual Haunt and it’s shaping up to be the biggest and boldest Halloween event Northampton has seen!
We are offering vendor space to artists, makers, musicians, farmers, local food businesses, divination readers, community organizations, and non-profits to be part of this month-long series of Halloween markets and events. We are especially committed to creating an inclusive marketplace by prioritizing participation from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, emerging artists, and micro to small businesses.

Our goal with The Great Northampton Haunt’s Halloween Market is to create a vibrant community gathering that taps into Northampton’s history of connection and creativity. Our mission is to give local small businesses and artists access to thousands of attendees through a high-visibility, downtown event — offering exposure and customer interaction on Main Street Northampton for those who might not yet have a brick-and-mortar location.
For reference, similar markets and block party events in Northampton have attracted 4,000 to 6,000 attendees per event, with vendors reporting strong sales and high-quality customer engagement.Our town wide initiative has a large marketing budget and we anticipate a very high response to our advertising. This is a great way to get the energy and excitement of Salem locally at a lower cost.
Join us as we transform downtown into a Halloween wonderland, support local makers, and give visitors and locals a frightfully good time!

Event Times: 10 am - 6 pm
Setup: 7 am - 10:45 am
Address: Both Sides of the Block . 109 - 197 Main Street, Northampton MA & 90 Main Street -164 main street.
Free to public!
**Booth Information**
A 6 ft by 4 ft space on the brickwork next to the sidewalk ( note 4 feet is the width - 6ft s the length )
6x4 spaces :: $50 per event or $360 for all 8 events. Double Spaces Available.
10x10 spaces :: $75 per event or $560 for all 8 events.
Very limited electrical use - first consideration for food vendors and musicians
For 6x4 spaces you can only use a max 6x6 tent. Weighted umbrellas are allowed.
We have reduced fees for non-profits - Please reach out directly.
There is a discounted seasons pass for vendors joining all markets.
VENDOR FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE - If for any reason one of these events is postponed due to weather we will offer another event date as an option.
